JOB OPPORTUNITY: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES (Females Only)
DELI GROUP – UGANDA
Deli Group is seeking dynamic, results-driven and customer-focused Field Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Uganda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales of stationery and office supplies within assigned territories.
- Identify and develop new customers, businesses, institutions and corporate accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and actively promote the company’s products.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Support product distribution and ensure effective market coverage.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain updated customer records.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing and distribution within the Ugandan market.
- Previous experience specifically in stationery and office supplies sales is MANDATORY.
- Strong knowledge of the stationery and office supplies market in Uganda.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively and deliver results in the field.
- Good knowledge of local markets and customer networks is an added advantage.
