These terms cover your use of Job Adverts Uganda (jobadvertsuganda.com). By browsing the site, registering an account, applying for a job, or posting a vacancy, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The site is free
There is no charge to browse vacancies, register as a job seeker, or apply for a job. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you to pay a fee at any stage, that is not us – please report it via our Contact page.
Job seekers
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit, whether creating an account or applying for a specific vacancy. We review adverts before publishing them, but we can’t guarantee the accuracy of every detail an employer provides, and we’re not a party to any hiring decision, interview, offer, or employment relationship that results from an application made through the site.
Employers
You’re responsible for the vacancies you submit being genuine, current, and lawful, and for how you handle the applications and personal data you receive through the site. We review every employer-submitted advert before it goes live and may edit, decline, or remove any advert at our discretion – including after publication, if we later have reason to doubt it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to post fake, misleading, or unlawful vacancies; to charge or attempt to charge job seekers any fee; to scrape or copy site content for resale; or to harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to another user.
No guarantee
We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that any vacancy is still open, that any application will be seen or answered, or that using the site will lead to an interview or job. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Adverts Uganda is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including from job adverts, applications, or dealings between job seekers and employers that take place off the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
