Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process spare parts orders.
- Check availability and follow up on pending orders.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries on availability and pricing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability & dispatch.
- Report stock shortages and support stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and sales.
- Prepare routine reports and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Automotive/Mechanical field or a related discipline.
- Training in sales or spare parts management is an added advantage.
- 1-2 years’ experience in spare parts sales, order processing, procurement, inventory, logistics or customer service.
- Experience in an automotive or related industry is an added advantage.
