Position:
Grants & Partnerships Officer
Contract Type: Full-time
Duty Station: Kampala District
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Business, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field
- At least three years’ experience in fundraising, grants, partnerships, business development, or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience writing proposals, concept notes, grant applications, donor reports, and partnership briets
- Experience researching and qualifying funding opportunities
- Experience managing a fundraising pipeline, CRM, or donor database
- Experience working with programme teams, budgets, and monitoring data
- Experience in a nonprofit, development, or social-impact organisation is an advantage
- Experience securing grants from foundations, institutional donors, or corporate partners is desirable
- Knowledge of local fundraising and corporate partnerships in Uganda or East Africa is desirable
