Structural Engineering Team Leader
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in design and construction industry
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Professional licensure or registration preferred.
Required basic qualities:
- Vibrant Christian faith.
- High integrity and ethics.
- Ability to manage work schedule with deadlines.
- Ability to initiate and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate with other disciplines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Cross-cultural team player.
Role Summary
- Spiritual and professional discipleship through EMI’s programmes and opportunities.
- Leading and developing the structural engineering services provided by
EMI Uganda - Managing the coordination and production responsibilities of EMI teams so that ministry partner commitments are fulfilled
