The Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Horn of Africa Coordination Support Team Fiduciary Institution Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds to consulting services.
The assignments will strengthen coordination, stakeholder engagement, results monitoring and strategic communication for the Horn of Africa Initiative.

The consultant will be in charge of the Horn of Africa Initiative Secretariat in Nairobi, Kenya, and manage high-level stakeholders under the Initiative, including Development Partners and the respective Ministers from the Horn of Africa.
Senior Operations Officer — Results and Communication

The consultant will monitor and track key result areas and professionally manage communication channels and information for the Horn of Africa Initiative.
